Kathmandu – Patan

Local sightseeing of Kathmandu – Patan
Breakfast – After breakfast, do a full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu, Kathmandu Durbar Square(Basantapur Durbar Square), Swayambhu Nath Stupa, Buddhanilkantha Temple, Boudha Nath Stupa and Pashupati Nath Temple(Sandhya Aarati) – night stay at Patan
Day 03
Bhaktapur – Nagarkot
Breakfast – transfer to Nagarkot with Bhaktapur Durbar Square sightseeing – hotel Check-in Nagarkot – night stay at Nagarkot.
Day 04
Panauti – Patan
Breakfast – Short Hike from Nagarkot – forwarding journey to Panauti, a day trip to Panauti – back to Kathmandu – night stay at Patan
Day 05
Chitwan
Breakfast – transfer to Chitwan 186 kilometres 05 – 06 hours – Chitwan National Park – hotel check-in – lunch at the hotel – after lunch visit Tharu (Local) village tour – The village tour is famous for personal observation of the Tharu community & their culture – Museum – The Museum is renowned for study and observation of the Tharu community and their culture. The museum exhibits various equipment, utensils, dresses and daily items used by the Tharu people – night stay with a cultural program & dinner at Chitwan.
Day 06
Chitwan Local
Breakfast – Canoe trip – Canoe ride along the Rapti River inside the Chitwan National Park allows taking a close view of crocodiles and other wild animals at Chitwan National Park – Jungle Walk –Elephant Bathing – one can play with the Elephants and dive in the river from the back of an elephant while it is bathing – lunch at hotel – Jeep Safari – Jeep safari is also the safest way to enter the jungle while one can observe wild animals and birds from up-close – night stay at Chitwan with dinner.
Day 07
Lumbini
Breakfast – Bird watching – Elephant Breeding centre visit – hotel check out – transfer to Lumbini, approximately 156 kilometres takes 5-6 hours by surface – hotel check-in – night stay at Lumbini.
Day 08
Pokhara
Breakfast – Lumbini Garden sightseeing visit – Maya Devi Temple – where Buddha’s Mother gave birth to him – Ashoka Pillar – which Emperor Ashoka erected to commemorate his pilgrimage to the sacred site – Puskarani or Holy Pond – where Queen Mayadevi had taken a bath just before giving birth to the Buddha, Stupa & Monastery – after sightseeing proceeds to Pokhara, approximately 186 kilometres takes 6 -7 hours by surface – hotel check-in – night stay at Pokhara.
Day 09
Pokhara – Sarangkot
SARANGKOT – Early at 4 – 4.30 AM departure from the hotel – drive to the Cable car base station, up to Sarangkot Hills by Cable Car & a few minutes walk to observe a stunning view of Sunrise over snow-capped Mount Fish Tail & mount Annapurna range (about 02 hrs), by Cable Car Transfer hotel/Cable Car base station/Hotel by sharing vehicle – back to the hotel – Breakfast – Pokhara sightseeing – Davi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev temple cave, Tibetan Refuge Camp, Mahendra Cave, Goddess Bindhyabasini Temple, Seti river gorge, Peace Stupa, & Tal Varahi Temple, Boating at Phewa Lake (own) – night stay at Pokhara.
Day 10
Kathmandu
Breakfast – Transfer to PIA Airport, Pokhara – Pokhara(PKR)/Kathmandu(KTM) by morning flight – arrival transfer from Kathmandu domestic Airport – hotel check-in – free for own activities – night stay at Kathmandu

Return back to home

Booking of Packages / Hotel Rooms / Vehicle – All bookings are subject to an advance deposit of fifty per cent (50 %) of the tour cost if booked more than three months in advance and will be confirmed in writing upon receiving your request over email or FAX, and are non-refundable on all late bookings. Full payment (Package or Component) is due immediately on confirmation. If you don’t mind, booking within 15 days before the commencement of the tour requires full payment. In the case of component bookings, such as vehicles, hotel rooms, Transfers, and some of the packages, full payment will be required at the time of reservation, i.e., before confirmation. The Quotation is valid for one month from the date of issue unless specified in the mail.
Re Scheduling / Amendments – Rescheduling of a booked tour will be treated as a Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made to the payment of a communication charge of Rs. 3000.00 / Rs. 5000.00 raised by the providers, which may vary as the case may be. Amendments and cancellations on tour must be made directly by our operators. Any change in schedule in the last 48 hours will incur a minimum of Rs. 5000.00 – Rs. 8000.00, depending on the vehicle and hotel booked. Component cancellation charges depend on and are a minimum of 50 % per unit, i.e., Room and Vehicles. These expenses are due to advances paid for booked accommodation and vehicles. Please try to avoid such cases. We will try our best to minimise the amount with our contact and divert the booking to another guest if such an opportunity exists or arises in such situations.
Refunds: Against cancellations will be paid back to the account from which the payment was made. It might take 15 days from our side. There is no refund for unutilised services, such as meals, entrance fees, optional hotel, sightseeing, and transportation (surface/air). All refunds made will be in local currency.
Cancellation – We are not responsible for tour cancellation due to the Force Majeure clause (Expenses / Cancellations incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc). Additional expenses incurred due to the Force Majeure Clause on the ongoing tour shall be borne by the guest on actual.
Terms & Conditions – We or our representatives act as coordinators/agents for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers like transportation, vehicles or accommodations, or other related services while exercising the finest possible services and care. We or their agents shall not be liable or responsible for irregularity, loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, trekking, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from nature’s act or acts of government machinery breakdown or fire, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, etc. We are not responsible for any damage to equipment, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond our control. We and our associates do not accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or planned changes caused in such cases. We are not responsible for tour cancellation due to the Force Majeure clause (Expenses / Cancellations incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc). Additional expenses incurred due to the Force Majeure Clause shall be borne by the guest on actual. Guests should pay in actuality in such cases, though we try our best to help our guests, advise accordingly, and extend all possible help.
Package Booking & Payment Policy: For booking, a 50% Advance has to be paid before the arrival of 07 days, and a 100% amount has to be paid if the booking agent fails to deposit the balance on time, the service provider agent can collect the amount directly from the guest upon arrival.

Child Policy: The room plan includes complimentary accommodation and meals for children under 6 years old without extra beds.
06 to 10 years old without extra bed: Complimentary accommodation, 50% of the meal plan rate applicable.
Over 12 years of age: full charge on accommodation and meals.
Extra bed charges will be applicable if the bed is used.
Only one extra bed can be placed in the rooms.
In Chitwan(with the Jungle plan), Children between 06 to 10 can be accommodated in the same room at an additional charge of 50% or directly payable to the hotel.

About Hotel

The tourism infrastructure in Nepal is developed, and one should get the services and amenities as expected or booked. All types & categories of hotels are available in Nepal’s major tourist destinations. Hotels have a rigorous child policy. Please provide proof of age so the hotel can produce it if asked. A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory. We will provide an extra bed (wherever possible) for additional adults in the room, but most hotels only offer extra mattresses or roll-out beds. The operator reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and compromising any services.
About Transport: As per the itinerary
Suppose the arrival guest is by Air, train & surface. In that case, our executive will be there to receive the guest at the TIA airport in Kathmandu or a domestic airport, a Nearby Railway station from the Nepal border in India & major tourist entry points Nepal/India border Point (Siliguri/Kakarvitta, Raxoul/Birgunj, Gorakhpur/Sunauli, etc.).
The guests should always keep cool with the drivers, as they are not tourism-educated and come from different remote villages. We would appreciate it if the guests did not listen to the drivers, as they often misguide the passengers. We request that they contact their local tour operator or our tour executive. On the arrival of guests, we will provide our local tour coordinator’s number & exchange service voucher. The representative will brief the guest on the total tour itinerary. Services are on a point-to-point basis. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle. The same cars will be provided for the entire tour. If any tourist spot still needs to be completed, which falls on closing day, or guests are willing & if they want to do the same on the next day, they must pay the extra cost for the vehicle. If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule, they should inform our tour executive the previous day before 16:00 hrs; after that, no changes are allowed. If the guest informs after 16:00 hrs, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund, or the best will pay an extra cost for rescheduling the sightseeing.
We suggest guests maintain the timing for the sightseeing/transfers, which our tour executive would suggest.
The operator reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and compromising any services.
