Day 1
Flight over the Himalayan range
Your trip to Ladakh starts from your Kolkata -Leh flight. Indeed, you pass over the Himalayan range offering you a breathtaking view. You are greeted in Leh by our traveler hospitality With your private driver, you join your hotel together and share the latest essential information for the smooth running of your vacation. In order to properly acclimatize to the altitude, it is advisable to stay calm and drink plenty of water.

Day 2
Discovery of the West of the Indus Valley
This morning, you are going to visit the largest monasteries in Ladakh. It is in the west of the Indus valley that the extraordinary monastery of Alchi is located, the oldest monastery in Ladakh dating from the 11th century . Five sanctuaries which form a true artistic jewel between mural frescoes, sculptures and paintings on wood whose delicacy has rarely been equaled throughout the Himalayas. You continue by the monastery of Likir , this time the most important of Ladakh led by the brother of the Dalai Lama. The Buddhist building is full of charm, standing on a small hill in a mountain setting with snowy peaks.

Day 3 (6 hour drive)
Crossing the Khardung La pass
This morning, you take the road to reach the Nubra Valley. You cross the Khardung La pass at 5300 m , one of the highest motorable pass in the world. Stop for a moment to contemplate the panorama. Then, a long descent takes you to the Nubra Valley.

Day 4
Discovery of the Nubra Valley
This day is dedicated to the discovery of the Nubra Valley , an old portion of the Silk Road. After exploring the Samstangling Monastery , you go for a walk of about an hour around the sacred lake of Yarab Tso and enjoy a good picnic. In the afternoon, lose yourself in the maze of small streets leading to the spectacular Diskit Monastery and marvel at the giant statue of Buddha . At the end of the day, go explore the sand dunes of Hundar and go back in time to that of the caravaneers.

NUBRA – PANGONG LAKE
DAY – 6
- This morning after breakfast. Drive to Pangong Lake on
the Indo China border.
- the route takes the visitor past the picturesque villages
of Shey and thiksey and turns off the Indus valley by
the side valley of Chemrey and Shakti.
- The Ladakh range is crossed by the Chang-la (17,586
feet) which despite its great elevation is one of the
easier passes, remaining open for much of the year
even in winter, apart from periods of actual snowfall.

PANGONG LAKE – LEH
DAY – 7
DRIVE BACK TO LEH
FROM PANGONG -via Tangtse
- Wake up in the morning to the beautiful Pangong
Lake and enjoy a
- Breakfast looking at the lake
- Start your drive back and pass through Chang La Pass
- Visit the Big Buddha at thiksey Monastery
- Also, visit the Shey Gompa and Palace
- Reach Leh and have dinner at the hotel after checking
in.
- Overnight at Leh
DEPARTURE
DAY – 8
- After breakfast, check out the hotel.
- You will be transferred to the Airport for your
Flight back home.
- Reach home safely, with lots of memories to cherish for life.
